Refund Policy

We have prepared this Refund Policy to explain when you can request a refund with respect to products and services acquired from Ramatan Technology or through us from our partners and/or affiliates (collectively, "Services").

Software subscription

If you are not satisfied with our services , which you subscribed to, you could partially refund the cost of your order within two business days of activating the product or services, and after feedback from you to let our team understand the issue that pushed you to request a refund and to improve our customers' experience with our products and services in the future. The refund amount is usually about 75% of the order amount or more, unless specified differently in the order form, where after you order, we send you all the required details about the product or services, so we usually deduct the cost of installation of the product or services to be valid for work.

Hosting subscription

If you are not satisfied with the hosting services you ordered, you could refund the cost of your order within 30 days of activating the service, but only after feedback from you to let our team understand the issue that made you need a refund and to improve our customers' experience with services in the future.

Software design, development, and consultation

All fees for Software design, development, and consultation will going to deal case by case and as the contract state or the issued invoice terms, and usually partially refund or non-refundable unless mentioned other in invoice or contract.

Domain registration, domain renew, SSL registration

All fees for domain name registrations and related domain name services are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled, or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term.
